The building in which the townhouses have been built originally belonged to the Lubro bakery (an abbreviation of ‘luxury bread and pastry bakery’). It’s an Utrecht icon of the 1940s and a key player in an Utrecht neighbourhood that has undergone several evolutions over the centuries. Each of these are chapters that make up a rich history: the transition of suburbs to country estate, and from timber yard to bakery. And now, in 2019, a transformation into six luxury townhouses is becoming a reality: contemporary and original, with an ocean of space. In short, this is an opportunity to live grand in a building full of history.
